When will it arrive?
It's in stock: we pack it within 1–2 working days, then UK delivery normally takes 3–5 business days. Shipping is free on every order, and we ship to UK addresses only.

What if it arrives damaged?
Every order is packed box-in-box. With our Mint Arrival Guarantee, if a sealed product arrives with a dented corner or crushed packaging, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement, or a full refund if it's out of stock.
Can I cancel or return it?

Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at orders@pullhouseshop.com with your order number. We'll always do our best to help, but once an order has been packed or shipped we may not be able to change it.
