When will this pre-order ship?
This is a pre-order, expected on 29 January 2027. We pack it within 1–2 working days of stock landing, then UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. If the release date moves, we email you.

What if it arrives damaged?
Every order is packed box-in-box. With our Mint Arrival Guarantee, if a sealed product arrives with a dented corner or crushed packaging, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement, or a full refund if it's out of stock.
Can I cancel or return it?
